Nestled in the hills of Stonyford and Elk Creek in Northern California, Montgomery Creek is a 2,000-acre ranch with long valleys, rolling hills of chaparral, and steep ridges dotted with grey pines. The Ranch is home to over 200 wild horses and burros that roam 'free' and approximately 40 horses that are part of our training and adoption program.

The sanctuary is generally closed to the public, but we would like to invite you on October 12, 2019 to join us for a wild day!
